1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 786gem website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 786gem platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published by 786gem from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of 786gem, including registered players and visitors who browse the platform without a registered account. Your continued use of 786gem following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 786gem reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all deposits will be returned to the original payment method.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

786gem is operated and marketed for use by players in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 786gem is lawful in your jurisdiction. 786gem makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in locations outside Pakistan. Accessing 786gem from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a 786gem account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile phone number. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Register on behalf of another person;
• Use a name or identity that is not your own;
• Register more than one account (see Section 3.1 below).

786gem reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed to 786gem's satisfaction.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 786gem. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 786gem identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended immediately. Any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. 786gem may, at its sole discretion, permanently ban any player found to have operated multiple accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786gem username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account and to notify 786gem immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. 786gem will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your account password.

All activity conducted through your 786gem account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised. 786gem accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

786gem operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point where 786gem deems it necessary, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) or valid passport;
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (JazzCash account screenshot, bank statement, or EasyPaisa account confirmation);
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC where requested.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 786gem reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and freeze account balances pending completion of verification. Failure to provide required documents within 30 days of request may result in account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to 786gem accounts are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 786gem supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. Deposits are typically credited to your 786gem wallet within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to three banking hours for bank transfers.

786gem does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply its own transaction charges. 786gem accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash: Typically within 5 minutes of approval;
• EasyPaisa: Typically within 5–10 minutes of approval;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: Within one to two banking business days.

786gem reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours for bank transfer methods will be processed on the next available banking day. 786gem does not accept any liability for delays caused by the player's payment provider.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

786gem maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) controls in accordance with applicable regulations. All transactions are monitored. Where suspicious activity is identified, 786gem reserves the right to freeze account balances, suspend withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player. Any attempt to use 786gem for money laundering or financial crime will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to law enforcement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

786gem offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

Bonuses are credited to your 786gem account as bonus funds, which are held separately from your real-money balance. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

• Only real-money wagers contribute toward wagering requirements; bonus-funded wagers do not contribute;
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited;
• Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements — full game contribution tables are available in your account;
• Any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

786gem actively monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with fair play. Where bonus abuse is identified, 786gem reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any bonus amounts already withdrawn.

6. Casino Games and Sports Betting

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on 786gem operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming, and NetEnt. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited and reflect the long-term theoretical return over a statistically significant sample of game rounds. Short-term results may deviate significantly from the stated RTP.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Winnings from voided bets are returned as a stake refund to your 786gem wallet.

6.3 Disconnection and Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection, technical error, or platform fault during a game round or while a bet is in progress, 786gem will make every effort to resolve the matter in accordance with the result determined by the game server. Where a game round cannot be completed and no result is available, the wager will be refunded to your account balance. 786gem accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786gem platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 786gem games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer tables;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 786gem immediately;
• Attempting to place bets with knowledge of a corrupted or manipulated outcome (match-fixing);

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Allowing any other person to access or use your 786gem account;

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786gem, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 786gem platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

786gem's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786gem does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 786gem reserves the right to suspend the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency interventions without prior notice.

12. Termination and Suspension

786gem reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is identified;
• A player's account is the subject of a law enforcement inquiry;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose 786gem to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks.

13. Amendments to These Terms

786gem reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of 786gem after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
